https://ejournal.isimupacitan.ac.id/index.php/tajdid/article/view/366

This article examines public service management in higher education through A Systematic Literature Review (SLR), aiming to identify key aspects, challenges, and strategies in managing public services within universities. The study uses the SLR methodology to systematically gather, evaluate, and synthesize existing research on the topic. A thorough search of academic databases identified studies on service delivery efficiency, student-centered services, leadership, governance, and the integration of technology in university management. The results highlight ongoing challenges such as resource allocation, demographic shifts, and technological adaptation. However, strategies like Total Quality Management (TQM), public-private partnerships, and digital transformation emerge as crucial in enhancing service management. This review’s novelty lies in its comprehensive approach, offering a synthesis of contemporary research on public service management in higher education, and presenting a detailed overview of current models and best practices. The findings of this study offer valuable insights into how institutions can optimize service delivery, improve governance, and better meet the evolving needs of students and stakeholders. By examining these strategies and challenges, this article provides a foundation for further research and practical applications aimed at improving public service management within higher education institutions.
Wahyu Sukamti

Efforts to reduce disasters that occur are to instill the character of caring for the environment from an early age. The way to introduce character education to children is through the storytelling method. The storytelling method is a program or plan that can be used in order to introduce care for the natural environment through the plot, moral messages and emotions of the story told to children. A child who has concern for the environment will have a positive effect on the survival of the surrounding environment and last until he grows up, because it becomes a habit. This research uses the literature research method. The source of reading material used is obtained from other people's research that has been published in the form of books, journals and in the form of articles that can be found in the library. https://ejournal.isimupacitan.ac.id/index.php/tajdid/article/view/386

The purpose of this article is to examine the philosophy of positivism as proposed by Auguste Comte and to explore how his philosophical ideas have influenced the development of the Islamic education paradigm in Indonesia. This study is a type of library research, involving a series of activities related to data collection from literature, reading, note-taking, and processing research materials. The findings of this study indicate that the positivistic approach can strengthen the development of research methodology in Islamic education without neglecting spiritual values and divine revelation. Although the philosophy of positivism has not succeeded in eliminating the role of religion in human life, the thinking paradigm it offers has contributed to shifting the orientation of Islamic education in higher education institutions from a theological approach to a more integrative one. The relevance of positivism is evident in educational research and the integration of Islamic sciences, making it selectively applicable as a methodological tool to enrich the academic discourse of Islamic education in the modern era.
Jiyanto Jiyanto, Desti Widiani
