This article explores implementation of character education through integration of politeness, tahfidz (spiritual memorization), and science learning programs. Research methods used include literature analysis and case studies to examine impact of these programs on student character formation. The findings suggest integration of modesty, tahfidz, and science learning programs can serve as strong foundation for building ethical and strong character. Adab program focuses on promoting good behavior and ethics, because adab program plays an important role in helping students understand ethics and good behavior when interacting with friends or other people. Meanwhile, tahfidz program strengthens spiritual values and obedience, helps shape students' pious character, which leads to improved behavior, discipline, enthusiasm for learning, and self-confidence, instill love Al-Qur'an and knowledge of religious practices. Additionally, science learning gives students deep understanding of universe and encourages critical and creative thinking. This research method is quantitative, and it applies a repeated experimental research type with a research design (pre-test-post-test control group design). This research was conducted at MTs Ma'arif Roudhotut Tholibin with samples of classes VIII A and VIII B. Data collection instruments were assessment validation sheets, pre-test and post-test sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Independent samples t-test. This research shows that the average score for students who used the problem-based learning model with statistics board teaching aids was 81.30, and the student's group who used the direct learning model was 59.80. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data was gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving children learning the Qur'an using the Ummi method in private homes. Information was also collected from parents, teachers, and relevant literature. The findings indicate that this approach positively impacts children's religious character in Probolinggo City. The Ummi method not only focuses on developing reading skills but also emphasizes a profound understanding and practical application of Islamic teachings. It effectively addresses common obstacles in Qur'an learning, such as difficulty in fluent recitation, insufficient comprehension of religious content, low motivation, and limited knowledge of religious aspects. This research contributes positively to the evolution of Qur'an learning methods, particularly those emphasizing the reinforcement of children's religious character within the family setting. The research focuses on PAUD institutions' management, curriculum development, and the teaching methods applied. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation at several Aisyiyah PAUD institutions in various regions in Indonesia. The research results show that Aisyiyah focuses on cognitive aspects and integrates character education and Islamic values into the curriculum. An Islamic and conducive learning environment is also created to support learning. This research also highlights the challenges Aisyiyah faces in implementing Islamic education in the modern era, such as limited resources and the influence of modern technology. Nevertheless, Aisyiyah overcame this challenge through various educational and social programs that strengthened her commitment to community development and education based on Islamic values. This research's findings can significantly contribute to developing Islamic-based early childhood education in Indonesia. Integrating the independent curriculum with Islamic Religious Education requires compatibility between the two, such as mandatory aspects of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile and dimensional aspects and scope of Islamic Religious Education. This research methodology is a qualitative literature type, using a grounded theory approach which is useful as a medium for integrating the two research subjects. The results of this research include the internalization of the independent curriculum in Indonesia regarding the dimensions and scope of Islamic Religious Education, consisting of its adaptive nature, as well as being oriented towards essential material, guided by the values of Islamic teachings, with an emphasis on moral education, as in strengthening Pancasila student profile. Process is supported by the role and participation of stakeholders as well as the use of information technology; (4) Assessments are carried out both routinely and at the end of the program to minimize errors accumulating at the end of the program.
